I’ve been reflecting on the changes since Eva came into my life and we embarked on this journey together and it’s crazy to think about the fact that I thought I was in a good state of health before coming to Eva and mainly came to her for skin issues and energetic density.
Yet this whole time I had just been constipated actually having so many symptoms masked by “never getting sick”. Our cleanse helped me realize this. I’m feeling so clear, my colon is finally releasing the physical and emotional density that was making me feel so heavy. My body is finding its equilibrium each and every day. "This whole experience has really been about permission and affirmation. A lot of healing programs can kind of tell you what you're doing wrong or what you should do or what to do.
Eva is so good at giving you permission to follow your own instincts. It's sort of like intuition training wheels that she gives and affirms your instincts as well as where you're off, she'll guide you back to the answers that you already have.
I am just so appreciative that I have found someone to work with who marries both the scientific and the spiritual as I think the two need to work hand in hand.

My work with Eva has been truly one of the most transformative experiences of my life and my healing journey. I found Eva at a time when I was feeling extremely lost and frustrated in my healing. Over the past 5 years I have dealt with extreme gut issues, acne, nervous system dysregulation, binge/restrict cycles, and feeling completely out of touch with myself and my body. I have seen every functional medicine doctor, healer, and have tried every type of diet, supplement, and healing modality that you can think of. I have started the realignment program with Eva two months ago and I am so, so grateful for her support and guidance in so many areas of my life, physical health, emotional health, my business growth.
I feel like she's supporting me on all fronts and it's been so helpful and healing. In regards to my physical health, I feel like I'm finally making some progress and getting to the root cause of some issues and that I've been having for years. I feel so safe with her when we're on our calls and I've finally been able to open up about my relationship with food to her as well, which has been something that I've been struggling with for a long, long time.
When it comes to my emotional health too, I feel like she always has such amazing prompt, guidance and support on WhatsApp as well to really help me shift in moments where I'm struggling. Even on the business front, I've started my own business and she's been so amazing in helping me figure out aligned action steps, set goals every week and really make sure that I'm on it and it's been so motivating after each of our calls.
I'm just so motivated to dive into it and take that next action step and I'm so immensely grateful for that because that accountability has been really a game changer for me to have her by my side and know that I can always message her too if I feel stuck. I am so grateful for Eva and the work that she does and everything she shares. I hope I get to experience a lot more of her magic and continue to work with her!
